If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Many factors could cause you to want a refund, we classify them into two categories:

1. Product Defect

If your request for a refund is due to a defective product or you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will greatly advise you to get close to customer service in order to resolve the issue.

2. Product Not Received

Another probable cause of you wanting a refund is your product not being shipped.

This may be as a result of so many factors, which we list below:

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address: We strongly advise you to double check your shipping address at checkout stage; and incorrect shipping address will lead to your product being shipped elsewhere.
  2. Transit Problems: So many factors could cause such issues. This may be as a result of technical problems such as road accidents. It also is caused by the mailing company at times.
  3. Order Congestion: Another common cause is congestion at our store house due to too many orders being processed. This is common, especially in the hunting season.

Whatever the case, we plead with you to be patient for some few days after the expected delivery date before requesting for a refund. And please do get close to customer service in order to know why your order hasn’t been received yet.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
